Each year we raise approximately 20 heritage turkeys (blacks) and 20  broad breasted whites, the more traditional breed of turkey typically found during the holidays. Click here to learn more about our birds.

We raise toms and hens to ensure a variety of sizes. BBW toms usually have a finished weight of about 25#+ and hens average closer to 18#. Heritage birds range from 14 - 23#.  Turkeys are processed at a neighboring farm the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and available for pick-up the same day, ensuring freshness. 

Requests are filled in the order they are received, and new customers are asked to pay a $25 deposit in order to hold a bird. If we receive  orders for more birds than we anticipate being available, you may be placed on a waiting list. Also, because we do not know weights until the day they are processed, and pick-ups are first-come, first-served, we cannot guarantee availability of a bird in the size you request. We will do our best to see that each customer is able to purchase a bird that meets their needs.
